As a small real estate brokerage firm, WCI focuses on leasing small to medium size office spaces. Unlike other brokerage firms, once a company becomes a Tenant at 1650 Broadway, WCI does not disappear and will continue to assist and remain a resource for all Tenants during their tenancy.
